  • Monks are not acting, they are great people, i was at the temple in Thailand from the morning!Tigers are healthy and in great shape, during the day tigers sight is weak, they relax and sleep, they are not drugged, those monks are genuine people and only haters gives them a bad name, nothing happens behind close doors you bunch of fools.

  • Tigers are not durgged or being abused in any way. Tigers sleep 18 hours a day. They hunt and are active at night, from sunset to sunrise. During the day, they are sleepy and not very active. That is when it is safe for tourists to touch. Don't forget, Thailand is very warm place. Look at what your cat is doing during the day, especially during summer, they sleep all day long.

  • who likes monks ? =) soo cute tigers ! :D

  • @visualthailand there are no local thais visiting because they are not interested in seeing the temple which they most likely have seen many times before. open your eyes idiot

  • @visualthailand How the fuck do you ? There is no thai visitors? Since you lived in thialand many years can you please help me. what thoes thai ppl are talking about in background?

  • The entrance fee is not that expensive... only about $10 AUD for Thai and $15 for foreigners...

  • @visualthailand Yes, they do charge entrance fee. Yes, not many local Thai people visit there because it is expensive for them. Why!? I don't know.....perhaps no matter how hard you look you can't find free meat anywhere on this planet. If you know how to feed and provide proper care to those tigers for free, please teach them how. If you lived in thailand, you should know that monks don't handle money. They let someone else manage the money. All temples, mosques, churches have bills to pay.

  • @nambowon There is loads of animal cruelty and other horrible things going on in this world. PETA, for the most part, have their hearts in the right place. I'd rather not use this video as a soapbox for a comment war on differing opinions but the truth is out there. Look harder.

  • @trippzero PETA is blindly following a naive ideology ?!? Are you fucking kidding me ? You are the one that needs to open your eyes. Google vivisection or type animal cruelty in youtube and see what you find.

Then come back and call PETA naive.

  • If you know anything at about Buddhism monks are forbidden to have any materialistic items and here we see a monk talking on a radio. Learn about buddhism and you will learn this temple is nothing but a front for making money. I have lived in Thailand first come here in 1984 so dont need any opinions from short time tourists. You are the ones being conned. Notice there are no local Thais visiting?

  • @trippzero to clarify it's been projected that only ~7% of their once natural habitat is even habitable by tigers today. India has realized that the population density has been increasing while the population estimate has been decreasing. Presumably due to habitat destruction. With the environmental needs of a tiger in the wild and you won't have any magic wild island with a sustainable ecosystem for them. People are destroying the species. I commend these monks for what they're doing

  • @MissGaGaGirl10 Because tigers roam a staggeringly small percentage of their natural habitats, their numbers in the wild are pitifully small, and most countries have strict laws about taking wild tigers. Poachers are the only ones who do. I think it's better that these tigers are bred in captivity and even better that they escaped life in a tiger farm. The tigers in the wild need all the help and support they can get. Heaven help us someone charges money to help care for them.
