This is one Guinness World Record that will tie you in knots! Australian Ben Bradshaw escaped from a regulated straitjacket in a time of 50.08 seconds on the set of Guinness World Records in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, on 19 June 2005.

  • you have to dislocate you arm and get it over your head and unstrap the buckles in the back and then bring your arm over and step on the straps that are on your arms and slip it over your head :D

  • The straps that hold his arms around his body come loose in no time as he wiggles frantically. And then he manages to undo these straps with messing with them at all, just pulling them in his own way...Either the particular straitjacket has been "modded" or the strap fastening method (self-tightening if I heard correctly) is not very secure!
