no i haven't, but that is show drift, a FWD can't maintain the speed through all those high speed bends, that don't mean they can't drift though, as they can do 90 degrees fine, lets just say a FWD can drift but sucks at it.
it can be done more ways that just a handbrake. using a handbrake is actually a method of drifting, but for FWD layout you can also drift them using the inertia technique or weight shifting (aka feint). the only problem with drifting FWD cars is you can't maintain the drift as there is nothing to maintain the momentum.

RWD is the best for drifting, PERIOD!
AWD.. can be used for it.. but it just wont work as good as RWD..
FWD drifting.. thats fake drifting to me..
