Ingredients:
3 pounds beef
big piece of bacon
5 carrots
orange zest
28oz can of tomatoes (400g)
3 Tablespoons tomato paste (80g)
2 onions
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup red wine
3 garlic cloves
bunch of thyme
2 bay leaves
1/3 cup all purpose flour
8 oz mushrooms
1 cup water
1 cup parsley

Bake for 3 hours @ 325F as I failed to mention that in the video.
***Note, if the orange does not sound good to you, please leave the orange peel out as it really does add a lot of orange flavor.

    The orange is sort of a french twist, you certainly do not have to put that into the stew, thanks!

    Yes you can cook it on the stove instead of baking it.

    I would use the red wine tho.
