There is a few things that can help your hands and nails look thair best:
1. ALWAYS wear glowes while washing dishes
2. Stay hydrated
3. Use hand cream at least once a day
4. Before going to bed apply a generous amount of a cuticle cream and massage it into your nail area. I might do a video about it someday... but for now i hope it helps :)
