Corinne Dufour, secretary to Hugo Drax, gets fired and is subsequently eaten by dobermans.
One of the roughest deaths for a Bond woman....especially one as sweet Corrine.

What I don't get is why was Corinne even staying at Drax's home, or Bond for that matter? How many helicopter pilots live with their bosses? Maybe she was more than a helicopter pilot. And Drax shouldn't have had any reason to invite Bond to stay at his home.

What the...? This is a silly and entertaining James Bond movie, not Jaws with dobermans! I like Moonraker, and this is an excellent scene, but it's so terrifying that it just sticks out big time...
I love dogs, but I really hate dobermans.

@BustaBeet There's a thread on the US IMDb asking this but it was said she wouldn't have been able to outrun the dogs in a slow moving vehicle or it could have been rigged. Even if she thought to do it, the dogs would have been set on her at once. Either way she was doomed.
It's quite a dark scene for a silly Bond film what with the haunting music. Also, Corrine is wearing heels at first but on entering the forest, they've changed to wellies.

Those are NOT dobermans. They are beaucerons, a french herding breed.
