This is part of the Einsatzgruppen A's work in Latvia in the summer of 1941 under SS-Standartenfuhrer Rudy Lange. An extremely brutal part of WW2.

@Kettenhund1000 No, they were not "plunderers", they were Jews. If you search the internet there is much info about this massacre and the many other massacres in the Liepaja Skedes area. That information includes most of the victims names, their families, place of birth, etc. The only people that have to be shot are Nazi's and their collaborators.
