These fundamental drills are very important. I always revert back to them when I feel my layups are struggling.

excuse me coach i was wondering if u knew of any basketball programs or coaches u know of that will be great to coach for an offseason hs basketball player..like any camps or areas were i can go nd work on my game for free?

@jphameezy Layup with chaser is a regular layup with the chaser playing a block for defense.

from what i've been taught in a 1 on 1 fast break situation with a taller person chasing you down you want to do what you specified as "broad jump"
1. they are more off balance if the chaser attempts to block you which can easily lead to a foul
2. you cover more ground so you can finish earlier without risking of getting blocked
Anyway thats my outlook and has worked out for me but if anyone has counter points I would be more than glad to hear them :)
