That error means that your keyboard is not working, make sure it is plugged in or try using a USB keyboard

the hard drive for x40s are freakin expensive and their only 20-40 GB i love my x40 but i need a replacement hard drive :(

I have a problem with this laptop, It won't read any of my flash drives. It reads my Ipod and sd cards just fine. But for some reason it won't even recognize my pen drive. It's like invisible to my machine! Please help me =(

I have the same problem! So frustrating when a perfectly good and fully working computer like the X40 needs only one small part replaced. It's criminal the price they charge for such a small hard drive. Mine still just functions (I'm typing on it now!) but I do get the "whirr down, whirr up" sound a lot!

what the fuck dude, how about giving some measurements? instead of using fingers and pens? the trackpad and buttons on that thing sucks...design is horrible as well...at least as much as the microsoft os. to wrap it up: not that cool of a coputer eh!

i was using one when i watched it to charge it you have to put it on a board but its a very good and reliable laptop i love it it has 2 usb ports!
