Dub/Reggae Tune ID Needed!!

Could you please help me ID the song and artists for these two short clips, also please state if it is a remix and who it is done by thanks.

The songs are Dub/Reggae and I think the second track could of been a Jungle remix.

Tracks go something like this:
1: Has delayed piano and a guy going "Ahhaahhh Ahhaahhh, them never tella the story, my story, black story" (?)

2: "In this time before me yeah, calling in the name of Jah". (?)

I thought the first might of been some of the vox from Ziggy Marley - Black My Story
