The radio buttons don't work on my new M-Sport steering wheel in the 1995 740il so I took it out and tried it in the 1999 740il. It works in the 1999, but not the 1995...now to find out why...

  • is that nav screen aftermarket?

  • @phsgolf001 It's oem from a 2001 740i

  • @bgdsub72 I own a 1997 BMW 528i... How much was the nav screen? And how much work was done to make it work?

  • @BoredFoo that depends on if you have factory nav. If you do it's a direct swap. If you don't then you need to do a whole retrofit which can be pricey

  • did you get the radio buttons to work? for some reason I have the same problem!

  • yes the radio buttons work now. See my other video about bypassing the MLF module

  • Weird, I don't have a clue, however if I were you I'd just keep the sport steering wheel in the 99, it looks a lot better IMO than the stock one.

  • your car is so fucking dirty
