These are the pottery / glaze results from my latest firing. I usually fire pieces to be biscuited on the bottom shelf and a glaze firing on the top shelf .It seem to suit the limitations of the kiln and my way of firing pottery. .도자기 陶器類 alfarería terraglie Προϊόντα κεραμευτικής olaria

I really like your work with the motive of the dragonfly, which identifies your ceramics. Also I like your paper techniques to do it, I've seen in your clips. Here are the results, which honor your effort. Thanks for sharing Steve.

It was interesting to see your tests. Filming them side by side was very effective and instructive.
Thanks for sharing Steve.

They're all terrific, love the subtleness of the oxides. The ones at 2 and 2:15 I think are my favs. Any idea what the copper carbonate would do if no clear or overglaze were applied in an oxidation firing? I guess one way of finding out is to try it. Too bad about the explosion. I too had my first blow up on a vessel sink about a year ago. Thought it was dry, oh well. Yes, it's only clay! Thanks for sharing, Sharon
