After I dislocated my shoulder, bending my shoulder in the position shown after 1:30 was not going to happen!

Im not sure if this tape is appropriate for an injured shoulder...... you say that it can be used for a frozen shoulder and RCR or ASAD. all of the positions that your model went into would be very procovative for an acutely injured / surgical patient. I also do not understand the point of your taping technique....... is it to stabilise??? support??? re-energize/ heighten muscular arousal??? or is it just so sport stars look cool???

The content is very informative. Almost impossible to manipulate an injured shoulder for some taping, but the overall application should support and work wonders.
Thank You.

The main fault i see is that if your shoulder is injured, how are u expected to make half of the arm position...
Bad idea.

And the point of this is?

your system looks weird and you video is boring
Yes, many people have found significant relief from post-surgical pain using kinesiology tape. Just be careful not to put the tape directly over sutures.

I can understand that you would have trouble moving your shoulder this way after dislocating it. In this situation, you would put the shoulder as close to the recommended position as possible, without causing pain.
