u should try doing 100 push up workout if your a beginner u can do 10-20 each set 3 times a week and once u advance u can do them everyday

Thanks for watching. There are tons of great workout routines online. I mainly did this for a few friends. Big thing: you can do these exercises right now while I'm doing it. It's not a sample. And no equipment. Dumbbells are still equipment. Barbells are equipment. This is for people stuck in an office, hotel, or wherever. I trained a boxer for a WBC Cruiserweight title fight using some of the stuff here, and if it helps some people stuck in an office to be a littler healthier, cool.
