Do you have a real estate agent you are working with and, at the time you want to view a home, they are in some way, shape of form unavailable? If you choose to view the listing with the listing agent or another agent, besides your own, and you go back to your, at the time unavailable, agent to write the offer - you might be creating a procuring cause issue between your Real Estate agent and the Agent that showed you the home, condo or town-home. Agents are not supposed to interfere or dissuade a buyer from a transaction when procuring cause has occurred. The transaction is supposed to go with getting the buyer what they want with no heartache if the "procuring issue" is in place. However, your agent can be gotten by the Local Board of Realtors and be responsible for giving up their, hard earned, commission if the agent that showed you the home goes after them and files a procuring cause violation. And now you have the rest of the story.
