on the keyboard type p904sNN (NN being the degreese that you want to turn to (360 north 90 east 180 south 270 west)) this is only available in the delta gliderIV.

To access the 3 panels of the IV, you hit CTRL+UP or Down

tcyt1963 - have you even played orbiter? its f***ing awesome!
RonSkem - he probably used the hover takeoff AutoPilot (PRO904SPECnn, where nn = heading)
z91 - you get sound by downloading the sound patch - most up to date one i know of is orbiter sound 3.5
