If a man steals your car, gives it to his child, and the son/daughter is caught with your car and admits it was stolen by his/her father, does s/he get to keep your car?

A. Is there a time limit on how long s/he had the car, where s/he should be allowed to keep it?

B. Should the laws allow him/her amnesty after a few years of possession to claim your car as "lost and found", and own your car?

@organichik if they illegals want to serve in the armed forces for they same term as the troops already in the service i think that should be allowed. but go home and apply like everyone else, come in the front door. but no COLLEGE!!!! the free ride is over.
