this is incorrect, though I applaud your efforts. fuk sao should never collapse. look at his elbow, it bends towards his body, giving up ground. the fuk, aside from raising and lowering, should be fixed with forward energy. also the instructors bong sao is flat whereas the elbow should always be higher than the wrist. To simplify it, imagine there is a string attached to the elbow and pivot there from tan to bong..simply lift the elbow

bro your channel is so freakin ILL. I was was struggeling with a few things(I am a big guys and fight using my shoulders constantly.) You cleared up many of the things I was having trouble with.

my chi sao is weak. i always drop my tan sao to low and allows entry.... more practice! good video jin! keep the wu sao up
