why would someone go to townsville? it is nowhere as good as the video makes it appear. sure, some places would be an attraction but try living here for 32 years.. its boring especially on the weekends, its hot, humid, there arent as many shops. its a hole, pretty much.. the only thing thats wild and lively would probably be the footy, the strand would be a place to hang or take the dog and the kids out for a walk but thats about it.

I went up the East coast during the rainy season, so I only got as far as Bundaberg. Maybe next time.
