poor technique not full ROM if he went to a full flexion he would get more effective training and better flexablity but still impressive probly only a 120-130 proper technique lifter

Coach, quick question. Seems he didn't care too much for the ROM. I prefer using the full range, but something tells me that's more of a BB'ers perspective. When training for strength, is that an issue?
