I'm on day 5 of 9 (day 2 of fasting) I just pooed a plaque..the problem is I'm not sure of they are "plaques" the theories that they are created by the powder makes sense because they do go rubbery if when they are mixed with a little water and left to dry a bit, so maybe it is a scam..also I'm worried about the amount of laxative herbs. Tell me if any of you have actually felt better after, not just removed plaques. It was reccomended by the acne cured ebook.

hey bro just go to wallmart and buy some magnesium citrate for 1 dollar they use that for preparation for colon scoping where u need to have a completely clean colon. Just lettin u know man u make so many good vids on health woooot
