I'm refferee for an indie promotion here in Minnesota & this past January, we booked Tito Santana to wrestle for us. I can honestly say that Tito is a class act & one of the nicest guys I've ever met.

He was the Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion with a few partners so I wouldn't say he never got anything.

yea they were gonna give him a push for the heavyweight title cause they were trying to expand to mexico but they decided to expand to canada instead so bret hart got the push. its a shame tito never got the world title

nope. But he did pin him in two mins at the Survivor Series 1990 with help from Hulk Hogan.
