  • when ur doing the crab walk around the step ur recruiting more muscle fibers than if u were just doing stationary dips..whats new and creative is the moving part of the exercise..but if ur just starting out its defenetly not a good idea to do her workouts..they re great but they re very advanced

  • when shes spinning around on the thing for the first exercise its very dangerous..y not just do mini dips instead
