Ok, it's a long story but I'll try to answer your queston pizzapap. Ok, Jim told Pam he loved her and she rejected him because she was engaged to Roy who works in the warehouse. After being rejected, Jim goes to a different branch to work where he meets Karen, the rebound girl. After the branch Jim had just started at gets downsized, they all go to the Scranton branch. By then Pam is single, but it's Jim's turn to reject her 'cause he's with Karen now.
Does that makes sense?

roy went crazy and attacked jim pam never forgive him for it ... I dunno how jim ended with karen but karen wasnt too happy she said she cried for weeks over him lol

She's not sweet though, and she has no charisma. Pam is stellar without trying to be.

I think karen is pretty and all but she seemed kinda like a bitch. I didnt really like her and the whole time I was wishing that she would go away...I'm glad she did !!!

I thought I'd just be happy if JAM were together, but now, I kind of wish Karen were around as a spoiler. It's not as much fun when JAM aren't looking frustrated all the time.

I know what you mean, they are a cute couple but I miss Jim looking at Pam longingly(and vice versa). His expressions used to break my heart. :(
