We Speak Different Languages is a movie made by a physically disabled teenager, chronicling the challenges of communication that many people face-not just those with disabilities. Through interviews with local people, the movie explores how these individuals cope when they are not readily understood. An educational and heartwarming movie that will change how you view people dealing with varying language
barriers.
Reuben, the movies creator, is a fourteen year old homeschooler.

I truly feel that your video will add so much to motivating many people to try to take the time and effort to understand people who might communicate differently, and to appreciate the amazing effort that it has taken to try to know and be known by others.

(contd.) a great complement to language and it helps us to reveal our inner world. The film underscores the need to listen to others, the need we all have to be listened to, and the need for patience and empathy. If one learns a second language, a lot of the issues become self-revealing because in a second language one has to begin from scratch. That is a very humbling experience. Thanks for posting this.
