what size is the diffuser?

you know i realized that with kms these dont work as they normally should. if you only use the transparent piece without the white piece it will be the same. Because usually the stem is meant to be deeper into the diffuser

they break up the smoke so more is filtered through water to cool it more and make a fuller smoke.
for the price its a must have.
