  • Thanks for support.  Look at more recent videos to see that I've improved my form and my arms have grown in the process. :)

  • He's using a double pulley machine. Which means theres a pulley at the top (obviously) and a pulley also at the bottom. Try doing the same weight on a single pulley machine. BIG difference.
