He's using a double pulley machine. Which means theres a pulley at the top (obviously) and a pulley also at the bottom. Try doing the same weight on a single pulley machine. BIG difference.

terrible form, you're going wayyyyyyy too high with it, not to mention 1x110x20 is beyond crappy
