we beat the j-league champions but keep losing to melbourne, inconsistency is our problem but I have high hopes for next sat in the final.

kashima's players must have learned some lessons from this game. it is definitely a shame that we couldnt own adelaide tho. but if you see kashima in recent J-league, you will find their playing style has changed to harder and stricter one than it was before this game.

This is what I love! Most other countries like England and Italy, any Champions League progress earned by a club is looked down upon by other club supporters wanting them to lose. Us Australians know that when it comes to the A-League, all other teams but your own can rot in hell but when it comes to the Asian Champions League, the whole country gets behind the Australian team through and through!!!
