Just talking about my current liquid diet attempt. Gonna try for 3 days without 'solid' food, relying on mostly shakes and drink mixes, water, etc. I'm shopping now for a mix I can make myself so that I can hit my 1500-2000 calorie a day goal, without all of the sugar and bullshit. I hope to reach a point where I can also mix fruit and other goodies into my mix.
I plan to reintroduce solid food soon, though I hope to hold out for 2-3 days. But right now I'm trying to exercise some discipline to prove to myself I can beat this addiction to food.
