One of my biggest regrets in life is when Morphine went to Buenos Aires, Argentina and my friend Jose insisted that I should go with him to see them. I was in school, money was tight, etc....I missed it.

Since then, every time there is a good show in town, or even if I have to drive a few hours, I'll do it because of missing the great Mark Sandman and friends performing live. I am going to die too without experiencing what my friend Jose did. He said it was magic, powerful, moving.

@zorro75 The exact same thing happened to me in Cincinnati in '98. One of the only real regrets I have in life-- my friend, who introduced me to Morphine, had come to visit and they were performing. I hadn't really listened to or gotten into them yet, I was in college, too...was stressed with exams, and BS, and wouldn't go. My gosh, if I could go back now... I feel ya

This is my favourite band and probably one of the most listened bands in my hometown, Gornji Milanovac, Serbia.

Your friend, Jose was right. To see them live was magical. Mark and Dana. I caught them a few times (privileged, I know). Sat on the stage at the Middle East with a handful of friends and smoked heavy during the show. We were enormous fans before we had seen them live so it was something of a spiritual experience....at least on my level...with or without the herb.

@GoaTylerDurden si estas en buenos aires o cerca, no dejes pasar la oportunidad de ver a The Pixies. Los vi la semana pasada y son una de esas bandas que no podes dejar pasar en vivo. Uno de los mejores shows que he visto. Busca cualquier show reciente en vivo y te vas a dar cuenta lo que te digo. Los tickets estan caros, pero no se, vende un rinon, o algo, pero anda. suenan muy bien y son un clasico del Indie.
