Rock Band 2: Round and Round (Guitar) - 194,946 100% FC

Another Rock Band 2 guitar FC for your enjoyment, ladies and gentlemen. This is Ratt's "Round and Round".

This is also a milestone for me. This is my 70th on-disc guitar FC on RB2. I couldn't have done it without the help and support of someone who already beat me to that milestone long ago, my great friend ItsAeroMaiden. I had gotten this previously on Guitar Hero Smash Hits, but I never did FC this chart until now. One day on AIM AeroMaiden told me she re-FCed it, and I just didn't know what to say since I still hadn't gotten it the first time. She then gave me some extra words of encouragement, and then one night, right after I recorded my WAHNTHAC run, I decided to try to get Round and Round too. Three chokes in the ending solo later, I finally got it.

It's actually kind of funny, after Chop Suey, my next three FCs were all easy songs that I just kept choking. #68 was Alive, #69 was Carry On Wayward Son, and then of course, the FC you see here.

Updates:
Lego Rock Band just came out today. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The only good song in the game is Fire, which really isn't worth 50 bucks. Plus, the Lego motif...think again, Harmonix.

On a positive note, the one Foo Fighters song I've really been wanting to see in Rock Band is finally here. I never had a chance to play The Pretender on GH3, since the Wii version doesn't have DLC, but I've seen the chart, and it looks really fun.

More positive Rock Band news: I am almost done unlocking all the songs again. I'm at the "Worldwide Promoter" gig now. I should be ready to go online again by this weekend. I also plan to try for FCs of Souls of Black and Shackler's Revenge too when I'm done. After my last run on Let There Be Rock, I think that FC may be possible too. We'll see.

I also just became the first person ever to break 270k on Bat Country bass. I have a picture on Photobucket, and I also plan to record a video of the path I used. I can get 269,500 pretty consistently with it, but it takes near-perfect squeezing to hit 270.
