Functional high intensity workout. Metabolic conditioning. You can get a core workout with standing and lying planks, butt drops and TRX burpees. Strengthen your upper body with TRX backrows and plyometric push ups. Mixed in a few MMA moves on the TRX and off. Include exercises for hamstrings, quads, one-leg squats, TRX side planks with rotation. Combine dumbbells and the TRX to enhance your cardio and muscle building ability. (Weather is not a factor as you can see when it comes to using a TRX. No Excuses.)
