As far as musical talent, Randy is probably second only to Michael. But only Michael and Janet had "it"... The charisma and stage presence that make true stars. In this case, I agree with mshook007 who said Randy's family name may have actually worked against him. He was as talented as many successful artists.

I hate the comparison its seriousy annoying they are there own indivuals and juss bc mj did it doesnt mean the brothers are trying to no1 is trying to steal his shine! Randy has a sexy ass voice i think he got over shadowed by his Brother Michael n Janet since his album came out while Janet was on tour n when MJs album came out. Good knowledge ABSAT01, Randy was truly a victim of the name game, association can work for you but it can also work against you. I remember I was at PePe's(the lead guitar player in the group) house for bbq about a 1 1/2 years after the release and we were talking about all the different reasons they could not find a audience. But the thing that struck me was the sorry promotion and distribution effort by A&M, in this industry its a must. Don't have enough space to talk about everything.

@SexySasha2000 if Randy has a good voice how come his music career is floopy and he never had any solo concert so far???? come pp open your eyes Michael was the only one who had a beautiful voice and was very talented (all in one).Beside his(Michael) talent he also was a wonderful human being, his charm and charizma went beyond extrodinery I believe the rest of the Jackson family( brothers) thie music career is over they won't make any farher in the future
