Hostage taking in Evangelista

Location: Evangelista corner A Bonifacio, Bangkal, Makati. Story: About 4 hold uppers were being chased by Makati police and was cornered in Evangelista. Hold-uppers murdered one victim earlier. Two got away whiel 2 others were trapped, one wounded by the gun shot. The two hold-uppers invaded a home and taken people hostage. Negotiators are on the scene as well as snipers.
