I had the honor of meeting this wonderful American when I was 20 years old a few months after JFK JR died. His smile touched to my very soul and his handshake was firm yet gentle. I can remember the look in his eyes as he took my hand. He was so gracious. I still have the piece of paper he signed in my memory box. He died the day before I turned 30. I will never forget him and the wonderful things he accomplished. He was a wonderful person even if some people don't think so. God Bless You Ted

I was not aligned with Sen. Kennedy's politics. However I respected and loved him for his spirit, passion, compassion, and for his carrying on the legacy of the President and his brother Robert. He had his faults for sure. We all do unfortunately.
But this man experienced pain the likes few will ever know. Losing his three brothers while in service to our great country must have been a terrible cross for him to bear. RIP Senator. Thank you for our service.
