  • hey man its ok to mess up and eat bad, that just means you gotta try twice as hard the next day and the same with the whole week. Find some inspiration, do whatever you gotta do. Look up the video "hard work beats talent". It helped me alot.

  • Yeah man, your life is over. Go camp out at a Krispy Kreme and just waste your life there. Or you can stop feeling sorry for yourself and just get over it.

  • I always have a cheat day once a week. it is actaully good for you to have a cheat day and eat extra calories. No problem. Pick a cheat day and be strict the restof the week.It wont affect you at all it will give you some extra energy and lift that low blood sugar of yours.
