    i say van gundy should stay and dwight howard needs to go...SVG is a good coach who i was a big fan of when he was in miami but certain lazy people such as shaq couldn't handle his rigorous coaching style. now stan is stuck with another prima donna in dwight who doesn't want to give it his all every night. if anything i think van gundy could be a great college coach. he's a hell of a motivator
