@m007417 You're not paying attention. The ozone layer IS our roof! Without it over our heads, we couldn't live on Earth, just as without a roof over our heads we couldn't live in our houses. Your problem is that YOU are taking (Translations by the way) this too literally. You think the only definition of a roof is of a house.

@BroodmyWarcraft seriously dude, now your just bullshiting yourself. the sky is not a fucking roof mate, its just the earth atmostpher and all around it. and as for the ozone layer: its a layer of Oxgen (O3), which absorbes ultraviolet light (thats it).

don't bullshit me mate, I still can't beleive your going on about this. it's an accent book filled with stories of accent men, accent men thought of the sky as a roof, the earth as flat, night and day everywhere, etc but they were wrong.

@m007417 Actually, if you think about it, the ozone layer or sky is a roof. In the Quran 21:32, it has a verse specifically referring to the sky as a roof. Just as a roof keeps the rain, snow, and other materials out of your house, thus making it livable, so too does the ozone layer keep out the fatal cosmic rays and materials, as well as regulate the earth's pressure and temperature. And as for pillars, they're the gases in the air that form and hold the ozone layer, you can't see them.

31:10 he has created the heavens without any pillars that you see, and has set on the earth firm mountains lest it should shake with you.

heavens without an pilliar lol (the sky is not a roof so why would require support lol its just gas) and unless your not honest with youself the next section and the rest of the verse that i found on the top of moutains all claim the same, they stop the earth from shaking lol

and as for the mountains lol dude it clearly says they prevent earth quakes (because that was the belief at the time, since they are huge and look heavy).

I wish you’d be more honest with yourself and see the verses for what they truly are (words of accent men) rather than making constant excuses for them in order to make them fit with current knowledge. I can make a video response if you want me too (but I might take a while).
