Figured I'd take a crack at making my own beauty dish, and document the process.
Parts used:
20 quart stainless steel mixing bowl
small convex mirror
bolts, washers and nuts
spray paint and primer

Tools:
epoxy
dremel (cutting)
drill (holes, wire brush)

  • @jesseroggaa get a Dremel! its cheap, Home Depot, around $27 :D

  • Those are 5/16ths-24 nuts and 3/16ths-24 threaded rod.

    If in doubt ask for 3/16ths threaded rod and matching hardware.
