how isit that if a hardworking citizen dosnt pay his rent they get evicted but scum like these people go in take over hardworking people homes ruin there lives then and say they have rights somethings seriosly messed up

Though I know that in California, if you stay in somebody's house for over 90 days regardless of whether you were ever a paying tenant or just a guest who decided to stay past his welcome, they require the owner to go to court to file for an eviction process to get rid of you.

"First the court would need to decide on the occupiers' claims about having paid for the flat"
In most states, if you claim to be a legal tenant the cops would simply ask to see a receipt for any rent payments you made. That's why it's always recommended you pay your landlord by check. If you pay by cash, it's non-traceable so he could just say you were nothing more than an unwanted guest or a squatter and you'd be shit out of luck.

Squatters rights have an ancient heritage in England. They can't be removed without a court order for possession sought by the owner or the current leaseholders. Not by the Police, not by anyone. First the court would need to decide on the occupiers' claims about having paid for the flat ,etc. This tend to take many months. I'm going to try this next time I visit the UK. I could save a lot of money by not staying in a hotel, and I'd be out of the UK well before the first court date.

So you're saying that somebody could walk right into your home without your permission (even while you're still living there), refuse to leave, and the cops won't do anything to get rid of him? I shouldn't think that you would need to file for an eviction order to remove someone from your property who you never allowed to enter. I'm a landlord myself, and as far as I know you only need to go to court to remove a non-compliant tenant (or in some cases, house guests).

Its like a zombie invasion. Could be a growing market for automated 24x7 home defense systems. Trespassing is a civil matter in England and Wales, the police can't arrest someone just for trespassing. Dragging it though the court system to get a eviction order might take significant time. But demolition crews are not the best for handling this stuff nor is it their job. I bet a few hired fellows from the local Hells Angels club would have sorted this situation out rather quickly.

Squatters may be acting illegally, but evictions should be handled by law enforcement personnel, not construction/demolition crews. I'm sure even the construction workers would agree that they don't need the extra hassle.
i hope others learn that the globalists, the world bankers, and leaders are the ones making this happen. the people should look at who's behind their leaders, the real puppet masters, the people should learn about the cfr, and other things, the un. it's not these peoples fault. they should find ways to teach each other about who's really behind all of this, and fight them.
