Too late for me, they got my house of 26 years in 2003 by issuing another deed while I was in bankruptcy which prevented me from closing a new loan, I was evicted, and have been fighting to have all of this heard in a court of law, which is another story you can read about at sites.google.com/site/chaseocw­en/ - Good luck if your currently fighting them... OCWEN stole home in NH by paying my property taxes the day they were due and not telling us. Then they applied my Mortgage payment to the taxes they paid, this made our payments delinquent and then they could up our interest rate. For twenty years we never paid our property taxes on time. Out rate went to 11 percent plus late fees of 160.00 a month that chain reacted over seven months. Our mortgage went from 1336.00 to 2,600.00 plus the fees and taxes. They would not budge so we had to Chptr.7

Ocwen is a predatory lender - it held onto an insurance dispersement check for over three months forcing me into the foreclosure loop; last year it forced flood insurance for 3000. annually (State Farm says 800. should be the max for my house...even tho an elevation survey proves not needing this, etc)

We had to file bankruptcy and are awaiting foreclose. Ocwen is a piece of work, alright. Not once have we spoken to an American. They have never received our paperwork. They LIE because they don't know what they're doing. Screwing over Americans, one by one!!! One word for you, Ocwen.... KARMA!!!
