I hope that this robber got decades in prison. This is the one time when a cop should have fatally shot a suspect. I am not a fan of Philly cops because they are themselves felons, but why should the cop bother to jump over the counter and thus risk his life? The thief had a knife in his hand and could have easily used it on the cop. Just point your gun at thug and order HIM to climb over the counter. If he disobeys, blow his brains out.

Frank Tepper, actually pulled the trigger, your whole department is responsible because you failed to fire Tepper before he could hurt anyone else during one of his alcohol-fueled rages. Today we will find out if a pig thug got away with murdering Billy Panas, Jr. in cold blood. The only reason that his murderer, Sgt. Frank Tepper, was arrested in the first place is because there were too many witnesses for pig bullies to intimidate into silence. I have received emails from ex-cops which suggest that Philadelphia cops routinely murder in cold blood but almost always criminally conceal their crimes. Now I know why there are rarely witnesses to killings by Philadelphia policemen.

Also, pigs are rarely held accountable for violating criminal laws, much less "police procedures". Pigs are free to rape, rob, steal, and even kill -- knowing that they are immune from legitimate prosecution.
