Could you be more precise? Are you saying that she had worked professionally before Maria? Connie did as well. She had parts in West End productions, but never a starring role. Thought Siobhan was totally untried. What do you know that I don't?

Well, after just watching her on AI, it all appears pretty clear, the girl is a ringer. She's apparently NOT an amateur.

I would have loved to have seen her win the "How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria", but I think they must have been going more with the similar look that Connie had with Julie Andrews. That is okay, they want to match it up properly. However, if it would have been looks, voice, and talent only, Siobahn would have won it easily! Siobahn is just going to have a more successful career anyway!
