"Sexual Orientation. Could it be orientated to other types, like animals?" during public hearing on 5/22/2012.

Jacksonville, FL City Council held a public hearing on a bill sponsored by Councilman Warren A Jones. Council Bill 2012-296 would add the words sexual orientation and gender identity or expression to existing city human rights ordinances that currently prohibit discrimination in areas of employment, housing and public accommodations based on an individual's race, color, religion, political affiliation, gender, national origin, disability, age, marital status.
