wut did you say and how u did it

    u were speaking slowly

and then in the most important point u spoke so fast

  • @TheGuyzTeam OK, I selected them all, hit S on the keyboard to reveal the scale property, and then click-dragged over one of the Scale values to increase it (because all the layers are selected, you only need to increase one and they all follow).

  • Thanks very much~

This is a great time saver in my animations.

When doing closeups of the characters I've been adjusting each layer individually (scale and postion).

I tried the precomposing method before but it always made my drawings unclear. Creating the null object scales the original images and keeps it high quality. Thanks again~

  • Thanks for the comments. Yeah, this is one of those tips that as soon as you find out about it you instantly save yourself LOADS of time and effort.

  • Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for!!!!

  • There was a time when this was exactly what I was looking for myself, so glad I could help someone else out in the same predicament.

  • Hello, Simon, I am new to AF and just needed to know how to simply find the scale layer so as to scale it. Your video showed me how to do that: "hit the 'S' key"!

    Thanks

    Francis

  • thanks a lot, very very helpful

  • there would be another way just set one anchor point for all layers then its like using an null object and then scale all of the layers but thats more time consuming sorry for my bad english im from germany

  • brilliant thank you very much

  • Thanks!
