little rusty, but wiki says the non standard chars are

sounds like an auto key, freq is drifting a little so old transmitter, probably eastern europe

i actually know and work with people who don't trust the government, so instead of phone, or email, (because they comm over distance) they built digital decoders for their own morse code, but this isn't it, they usually use higher freqs, and faster tones.

Military, Soviet or Soviet trained .._.. is one of their special characters......just depends on what user/region is sending.

Wow, same frequency too? Random 5 character groups points to it being a numbers station, but I hate to jump to conclusions, maybe it's a beacon of sorts.. Thanks for the info :)
