Training my Bars and Floor...
It's getting there but i need alot more improvement, especially on bars. lol.
i need higher casts and straight knees on my front hip circle. lol.

    just try to be focused on the skill you are working on. and being on team is hard work, you have to dedicate alot of your time to the gym and be able to take critizm from your coaches and your team mates and not take it personally. have fun and good luck :)

  • what was the hardest skill to learn in level 4 for you? And yea i will have to work on taking critizm becuase i think i take it personly. cheak out my videos of my residals on my page!

  • um..my hardest skill was probably the front hip circle. idk why? it took the longest time for me but now they're really easy!!

  • your actually really good. im a gymnast too. except im only level 4 and non competitive. you should watch my newest video. its of my gymnastics traning. i do the exact same thing w/ my knees but in back hip circles. since your a higher level now, any tips ?

  • ive been doing gymnastics for 2 years but had to stop for a year cuz my hamstring ripped in half

    could barly walk.........

  • me 2. ive been at it 4 4.5 yrs. and am going 2 lvl 5. but i stopped during the summer 2 times and 4 like 3.5 mos when we were moving and finding a new gym. Great job!
