@Rawd123 Yep, and I'm building one. I have 5 real pins now, and going to finish up the digipin project next spring when I have a couple weeks off and all parts in place. I agree, nothing at all beats real pin. I just spent the last 19 days in a row at PHoF, and Tim has an amazing collection!!! Without a doubt, the overhead is just too much, so no comparison in that regards.

@HaikuAutomation other than the fact parts are hard to find...

I haven't used Future Pinball myself but the graphics here seem really lacking. Lighting, reflections & shadows seem almost non-existent!
A good pinball simulator would surely require you to:
1. Perform brightness and colour tests so the table matched the lighting of your room.
2. Take a photo of your room from the point of view of the table, for reflections on the ball etc.
3. Enter your screen size, table angle, and eye-height from the screen, so the 3D geometry is accurate from your POV.

Preferances>Video/Rendering options>rotation>90 (sidways)
The ball/table speed seems much slower on the digital game. Have to say, side by side the real game wins hands down. Stern has nothing to worry about for a while that is for sure.

@HaikuAutomation
I have since re-made this table in Visual Pinball, and it plays much more like the real machine. I am going to make a new video of that soon. Agreed, that this will never beat real pinball, but it is still alot of fun. :)
