Suicide...old thoughts

I'm going to start talking about some of my darkest days. Speaking of that I almost didn't post this vid because I look so fat. Kinda crazy when I've lost around 12 or 15 pounds in the last few weeks. See how the nasty old thinking can kick your ass if you let it? Well...I kicked that old thinking out of my head and posted this video anyway. Thanks for being here.

I am so glad that you are making these videos, I feel trily blessed being able to listen to you. Mentally, I am a total mess, and I can't seem to get a grip, so to speak. I hsve been getting colds and I keep having flare after flare. It's hard for me to bounce back on my "good days" sometimes because I fall so deep in depression. I look forward to watching your future vids, you have truly touched my heart! Thank you!

This is just what I needed to hear. I've been to the very depths of despair and I'm sinking back a bit today but your video is helping. Check out my channel if you want to know more about me. I'm struggling with fibromyalgia as well as depression and anxiety etc. I seriously appreciate what you're trying to do and I'm trying to connect with some kind of meaning and spirituality but I still feel disconnected and alone. Hi hope you get to feeling better. I was recently diagnosed ILE (incomplete lupus) which is overlapping with something eles. I'm having test done for kidneys to see what type disease is there. Also I have to have test done with the urology. I hate not knowing everything that is wrong with me. Before taking plaquenil I used to fall all the time now I don't fall but, I still have joint pains. My fevers are a little less now. You will be in my prayers.
