I think Volt rebates should be Direct Instant rebates. Rebates should go towards the vehicle not cash. The Volt would definitely sell better if the car is $37,500. Our Government is a scam.  Banks don't even know how to calculate their own Finances!! Annual Percentage Rate isn't even Annual!!!
